Assessing Hospital Management Information Systems Success Using Human Organization and Technology Fit Model

Arsani Hospital has implemented Management Information Systems since 2010 to support operations improve services, work effectiveness, and efficiency. However, in its implementation, there are obstacles such as the seldom use of employees' lack knowledge. To ensure can achieve expected targets, necessary evaluate success implementation quantitatively using HOT-Fit (Human Organizational Technology Fit) model. The model focuses on three dimensions, namely human (system development, user satisfaction, system use), organization (organizational structure, organizational environment), technology (quality systems, information quality, service quality).
